2020 GOLF TOURNAMENT UPDATES REGARDING COVID-19

July 20, 2020

Due to restrictions and precautions with COVID-19, we are making the following changes to the tournament:

1. The tournament will be limited to 12 teams. This is due to the restriction of one person per cart unless family or living in the same household. When registering, please let us know if team members are family or the same household. We will accept the first 12 PAID teams and create a wait-list as more carts become available.

2. The prize package will be restructured to 1st- (4) $75 Amazon gift cards, 2nd- (4) $50 Amazon gift cards, 3rd- (4) $25 Amazon gift cards. This is in an attempt to reduce cash transactions and due to the reduction in teams.

3. On the day on the tournament:

  • Masks will be required during registration, on the putting green, and throughout the parking lot areas. You can remove your mask on the range and once you are on the course for your round. Please arrive early if you plan to use the range before your round as the number of people on the range at once will be limited. There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on not wearing a mask.

  • Registration/Check-in should be handled only by the team captain. Any fees should be paid before arriving at the course.

  • The clubhouse will be closed to golfers.

  • Drinks and lunch will be provided but common eating areas will not be available. Drinks will be handed out by tournament staff.

We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday, August 15th for our 9am shotgun start.
